Attachment parenting - how do you connect?

When was the last time you thought about of  whom your tribe consists? Do you have a tribe? Do you have people you really feel you connect with deep down? Do you have people you know would help entertain the thought of continuing your family and parenting values if you were away or even, gone? It is important to entertain these thoughts, as horrible as they are, because we do not know. So, take a few minutes and think about who you are connected with, and how would you make sure those you feel are your 'kindred' spirits would continue to connect your children to your values if you were gone. While not a thought we probably choose to dwell on, it is important to ensure that there is a contingency plan out there, and that it is known.

Okay moving to a better topic, when you first discovered your some-what out-landish views, did you already have friends who also had those values, or did you have to discover others. Or, did you not really have others who supported your viewpoints and still are searching for others?
